缺点:需要开锅,养锅(半年),挺麻烦的,懒人慎用,重量很重,菜是用铲子铲出来的。
优点:健康,越用越不粘。锅热保温,热量均匀,做带油的肉菜好吃。锅可以用几辈子。
我是烧肉菜豆腐用铁锅,青菜用不粘锅。我是抱着"锅养好了可以用几辈子"的信念才继续养着的,没这个信念就不要用铁锅了。哈哈
