14年买的房到了今年最高点应该涨了超过100%,

好区涨幅达到130%多。现在跌的最多的独立屋平均只是跌了百分之十几(有HPI数据作证)。很想知道楼主如何得出结论"14-16火热市场买的18/19的期房,恐怕将有大半无法close",能找两个有代表性的例子出来吗? 找不出来那就又把自己的ID给毁了哦。。
