只适用于不需要发酵的面: 可将和好的面(差不多就行了)用密封的容器盖好,放到冰箱里醒一夜(水会从外面慢慢渗透进没揉散的面粉里),第二天再揉一下。(我第一次揉个5-10分钟,第二次揉10-15分钟)。
