刚做好的牛肉饼,谁来帮我看看为啥漏,放锅之前完整着呢,煎的时候,边上滋滋响,是面没活好?压饼的时候把边压薄了?活面时其实少放水了(和视频比,少放10克水. 我觉得面太稀,没都放. 谢谢啦.
