听华资处说，有些安省特许诊所可以在没得到健康卡前，按有健康卡的处理，有人知道么？他们讲座是这样说的，说手头就有资料，叫我们有病时在打电话去问，我打电话了，他们却说不知道了，被支到另一个电话去问，那里根本就不知所云,怎么回事嘛？
