关于下蹲。已经学习了正确的下蹲姿势,用屁股和髋部用力,膝盖不过脚尖,两脚分开膝盖打开等等一些技巧,练完以后膝盖还是有点不舒服,倒也不是疼,就是有感觉不舒服。请问运动达人是怎么办的?
