我的做法是:先浸后炸再浸

1。用酱油料酒先腌一小时
2。起油锅炸成深酱色
3。用八角,茴香,酱油,酒,糖,葱姜等烧成卤汁
4。把炸好的鱼浸入卤汁即可,时间浸得长容易入味。:)

香死人的“浸香带鱼”美味易学(转). 很容易学的一道冷盆, 最适合夏天炎炎佐酒或者下粥, 我觉得把原料换成"烤子鱼"那种两.三寸长的小鱼更好吃! ^_^
