56k modem is worthless, sound card and ethernet card is about $40 total, 17' Samsung is $215 new, the software worths nothing since you can get them at Newsgroups or buy them from software burners for $7 per CD,

so 215+89+79+40+215+7+7 is 652, BRAND NEW PARTS cost 652, and you are selling a used one for 800?

I can offer you $500 since I need a second computer, please let me know if I miss anything above
