Worked at RBC WM Vancouver, not bad overall, but compensation is at most matching market instead of leading market. So during my 10 month stay, I saw at least 15+ people left in my office (about 60 people in total), including director level people. So I left as well when opportunity knocked my door with 25+% increase in my compensation package.
