但是打坐冥想一类的事情我个人觉得在精神负担重的时候还是尽量避免吧。放手,安静,无做为,平静不想,找快乐有小成就满足感的事情分散注意力是最安全的。忧郁症很大的特点是无法靠自己努力挣脱泥潭,越挣扎越沉沦,这时候一定要冷静,寻求专业人员的帮助。
