做法:黄瓜切块,用盐腌4小时左右。然后我用个大西瓜压上面挤出水分。锅里倒进油放花椒,八角,桂皮,香叶炒出香味,加酱油,白糖煮开放凉后加大量姜蒜,辣椒,花椒油倒进盛有黄瓜等食材的盆子里,这样腌上十几个小时后黄瓜等食材就入味了。汤汁可反复使用。
