和面的时候, 一边加水(水不要加的太快), 一边用筷子搅动, 使面与水充分混合, 到面基本都成为片状止, 然后用手把所有的揉在一起. 如果觉得软硬合适了, 但表面太湿, 就在表面上拍些粉, 手上也拍些粉,继续揉, 还湿, 再拍, 到合适为止. 面可以和的很软.
