楼上“秋收”同学说的也是好主意啊。我一般是大概解剖一下,把胸部和腿部取下,做白切鸡。煮鸡的水,可以随后和其余部分炖汤。做白切鸡的时候,只要小火煮15分钟就可,完后放冰水里浸,这样鸡就滑。
