You have no idea how a stock company manage their RSU program, therefore make such silly comments "这些公司靠赢利根本维持不了员工这么高的工资待遇". The description of investopedia, unfortunately is somewhat misleading.

1. Most RSU settles in cash, i.e. to avoid dilution to shareholder
2. RSU requires company to expense it according to the vesting schedule. Therefore, it is an expense on company's income statement
3. Most companies hedge their RSU grants at issue, meaning subsequent stock appreciation/depreciation has little to no impact on its earnings.
4. The income statement already fully reflected the cost of the RSU program.

Your comments 这些公司靠赢利根本维持不了员工这么高的工资待遇 is just non-sense.
