请问一下出租房报税问题,请教有经验的房东。去年买了一个房子出租,今年第一次报税。我认为rental expenses include: mortgage interest,utility fees like gas,

water, hydro, property taxes, home insurance, and repair and maintenance. I am not sure if closing 时的律师费和租房时的经纪费可不可以抵税。还有什么可以抵税呢?买房时返佣的钱如果经纪没出税表应该不需要报收入吧?谢谢大家。
