think Canada is stupid in that it's exploiting on people who work hard to support their clumsy government, it's weak in that it doesn't know how to protect people who really contribute to the society. And most chinese are actually more hard working than canadians, so chinese are actually the biggest victims who have brought huge cash flow to the parliment hill. I didn't say anybody is stupid, the system is, for real.
