If there're English information in your baby's immunization records, it's OK. Only the day care, family doctor need this kind of information. If your baby too young(less than 5) to complete all the immunization in China, you may also need to show this when you ask the Health ministry if your baby miss any immunization that Canada baby has in the same age.
