This session will start with an "Introduction to SUN Solaris system
administration" presented by one of our active member. The introduction
will be basic information for the UNIX admin. I.G. for a standalone
workstation.

-- Solaris OS installation
-- booting up and shutting down
-- Managing software packages and patches
-- Users and securities
-- Process control
-- Disks and file systems

After this topic, more practical topics will be discussed through the rest
of the session.

Topic: "Data warehouse: introduction and discussion"

This session will start with an introduction to data warehouse. This will
be basic concepts of the data warehouse and data mart.

Contents:
-- Data warehouse, Data warehouse. Relational database and dimensional
database.
-- Oracle V8 -- Features supporting data warehouse.
-- COGNOS: Business intelligence (BI) and its competitors.
