Carl Davis, conductor
Award-winning conductor and composer Carl Davis leads a programme of orchestral favourites, including Beethoven's thrilling Egmont Overture, Sibelius's magical Finlandia, and Strauss's endearing Wine, Woman and Song Waltz. Davis also performs music from Pride and Prejudice and The World at War, two dramatic scores from his prolific output of film music.
Location: Harbourfront Centre, 235 Queen's Quay W. West of the Power Plant Art Gallery. Seating is limited so plan to arrive early.

The TSO presents the best of movie music in a programme packed with Oscar-winning tunes from such films as Chariots
of Fire, Dirty Dancing, The Wizard of Oz, Aladdin, Dances with Wolves, Jaws, Breakfast at Tiffany's and much more!
Location: 5040 Yonge St. North of Sheppard Ave.

The TSO's enormously popular free one-hour lunchtime Hotdog Concert is back! Enjoy a hotdog and pop on us followed
by a sneak preview of our 2001-2002 concert season. You'll hear inspiring selections from such classical masterworks as Mozart's "Jupiter" Symphony, Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 6 "Pathétique" and Verdi's Overture to La forza del destino.
