There are some Chinese Schools in Canada, although most of them teach using GuanDongHua and FanTiZi.

If you could find about 50 students in your neighbourhood, you can apply for a free Chinese classes from Toronto District School Board. Usually, this kind of Chinese School have a two hour lesson every week.
