For University of Toronto, you need 20 credits to get a bachelor degree. If you have a bachelor degree in China (or anywhere),

you can apply to transffer some credits, but the most you could get is 5 credits. So, you will need 15 credits (about 30 courses), and usually 3 years to get another degree
