Actually, if I can do something else such as system adminstrator and networking, I won't write code any more. Not all IT guys write code. Chinese guys wite code because they usually cannot do something else.

But I think your Cisco experieces are very limited. If you can get a CCNA or CCNP certificate, it will help you a lot. Whether you can find a job depends upon how much efforts you make, and how lucky you are, and how good your oral English is.
