为了声援曹显庆及弋真夫妇日前因照顾子女的方式，被当地儿童福利机构认为不妥，并酿成曹显庆丧命的意外的事件，密西根州安娜堡地区华人彭晓霓等针对此案，在网路开设了一个网站，除随时更新该案最新发展情况，同时也呼吁各界陪同弋真一起争取公道。网路上同时吁请大家捐款，或提供相关法律，以理法讨回公道。
网址为http://cao.swifte.net的声援曹案网站开设二周以来，已有近三千人造访，民众透过网路签名声援，也源源不断传入。彭晓霓表示，尽管该案部分还有待法院审理，但警方及儿童福利部门人员明显在处理过程出现瑕疵。
彭晓霓表示，儿童福利部门人员在未查清真相前，即要强行带走小孩，当然会引起不明究里的父母情绪上的恐慌，尤其新移民可能在语言沟通方面存有障碍，又没有翻译人员在现场帮忙，误会更是在所难免。而警方处理的部分，也让彭晓霓觉得疑点重重。
虽然连波士顿的华人都收到其他人主动转寄的该项消息，然而距案发地点卡拉马卒约二个半小时车程的大底特律华人圈却对此事知道有限，大溪华人协会副会长张贤信表示，他是从电视新闻中得知该消息，不过新闻重点在曹显庆持枪拒捕，并伤了一名警员，并未提及有关该事件起因于儿童福利机构强行带离曹四名子女的部分。另外包括底特律中国人协会顾问许晋寿，全美中文学校会长郑良根等人则完全不知晓。
卡城华人协会事发当时，曾帮忙弋真处理部分事宜，但是进入法律程序后，该会则以法律常识有限，无法提供法律部分服务，婉拒继续协助该案。另外，卡城华人基督教会则曾对曹显庆后事及安慰笃信上帝的弋真方面，提供不少帮助。

I am so tired about Ameica .....I live in America for about 5 years now.....and for some reason, they alway like to take care about other peoples business.....I have no idea what is the definition of "privacy" for them now.....They always think they are the greatest in the world, and they always like to take care about other nation's business....They think they are the best..most generious and niecest people in the world, other people are just some uneducated idiots...just like this insident.....does the police have the right to break into people's house/private property? Most American ask for "proof" and "truth".....well, from what I see, those cops are just tring to be heros but they are too stupid to be one..

1. Is Cao used gun? The police said he did. But if someone just break my house, I might use gun if I have one with me.
2. Based on the wife, the police just break-in. That does not sound like they are following the procedure. What happened at the earier time when social worker was there?
3. Why the social workers just come to grab the children without bring a translator? Anyone will be very upset. The process of the social worker create viloent behavior.
