各位大侠， 本人在一国营单位供职，想移民出国。但是本单位劳动合同签了8年， 还有几年要挨。如果中途辞职，要赔偿2万元人民币。 听说有文件规定”因移民出国而辞职者”可免交罚款。 是这样子的吗？ 谢谢！
