Dr. Robert Bell, Chief Orthopaedic Surgeon (bone doctor) of MT Sinai was kind enough to speak to us for half hour from his crazy schedule, to make it easy to understand, basically Pan has a good chance of NOT amputating his leg and remove the tumor successfully. But his overall survive rate is only 20 to 40%

I have been screaming and pushing for get Pan a second medical opinion, Dr. Robert Bell is exactly what I can hope for, I have include a URL about this surgeon who is the Co-Chair of Ontario Orthopaedic Association, a Professor at the University of Toronto Medical School, and my own research concludes that this man is the best there is.

Robert Stuart Bell, MD, MSc, FACS, FRCSC

Dr. Robert Bell was born in the United Kingdom.

He received his Bachelor of Science and Medical Doctorate degrees from McGill University. He then went on to the University of Toronto where he completed his orthopaedic residency training, as well as his Master of Science.

After completing a fellowship in musculoskeletal oncology and oncology research at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University, he joined the University of Toronto as a faculty member and is currently a Professor of Surgery.

He is Director of the University Musculoskeletal Oncology Unit at Mount Sinai Hospital and the Head of Surgical Services at the Princess Margaret Hospital.
