Lots of oversea students went to US and Canada in 1980s and 1990s are thinking about going back to China recently, all those good positions will be occupied by those people, they have North American degree, they speak better English, and they have REAL North American Experiences. You don't have any advantage compared to them. So think about it and try not to miss opportunities in China.
