1. Say one has a TD bank card and he wants the donation coming out of the card directly. Can he go to "ANY" bank to ask the teller to deposit money to the Royal donation account , or does s/he have to go to a TD branch to do this?

2. Say he wants to use a TD bank card and a TD check to make a donation at an ATM. Can he go to "ANY" ATM to do it, or does he have to go to a TD ATM to do it?
