这里的电炉倒是适合我。比如今天,电饭锅煮腊肠饭,把昨天煮的胡萝卜马蹄排骨汤去油热一下,再加一个盐水菜心。一点油烟也没有。而且电炉火力容易调,煎鸡蛋可以煎得很漂亮。
