忘了说, 发面时间也不用太长吧, 一晚是不是时间太长, 馒头作好后,先在潮湿的环境里放一放, 我看台湾作菜的录象带说, 水要开了后才放馒头。水不要太多,否则水开了, 水花漫上来也要把yeast烫死
