My lesson: when I call CCPE after I wait for 3 month, they told me they had not received my transcripts, I trust my memory and I insist to ask the lady to check again, so what? she found it at the end of my big envelop

( so do not use uncessary size envelop even it may be free).
My suggestion is make a phone call to CCPE instead of waiting, trust me, it is worth for you future.
