because I enjoy a big size lot,already a beautiful garden,already a huge deck,my preowner is a paint fun,leave a artistic house for me,I no need do any paint work.It's near subway,the community center,library,chinese market--convenient to my parents' life in the future.Because it's an old house,I have to spend some money to repair a few part,but that is a part life of our life,even new house,it needs investing money too.and I can build a nice basement,already taste renovation there,just build washroom,and dining room for renting.it's not a shame.It's can reduce my mortage,and provide a nice place to live to somebody who likes it.But the owner can not build the basement in the new house in the first 3 years.That is by Law.No one here has a stable job, I can rent more rooms to others if no one works in my family.For sure,if i am rich enough,I will buy a new house,i do not be landlord.but i'm not ,and still
need enjoy life.and i am a good landlord,my tenant is my friends too.
