两种做法,1. 瘦肉切成丁,皮蛋切越细越好,姜末,一并放进掏好的生米中,一分实物对7-8分水,小火熬到皮蛋化在粥里.加生葱花,关火,同时愿意的话可以打一个生鸡蛋在里面,再一种是先找东西熬底粥,再往里下皮蛋和瘦肉.
