Frankly speaking, one needs some true skills to cheat the employer. More importantly, one needs to know at what point he can tell lies. From my perspective, if you know Linux, you can say you know Unix such
as Sun Solaris, IBM AIX... The reason is some empoyers are too stubborn: They use IBM AIX machine but they don't think your Linux experiences can help. Actually, for developers other than System Adminstrator, there is not many differences among various flavors of Unix boxes.
