Hi everyone,
Have you heared the hijacker just attacked Microsoft company and stole code
of software a couple of weeks ago? Do you know the popular term 'firewall'?
CCEDU ITclub will hold a free lecture to introduce 'Information
Systems Security'. The presentation will be given in Chinese with some
technical jargons in English. The time is approvimately one hour. The
lecture will concentrating in the
following issues:
1. What is information systems security? Why is security an
important field in IT industry?
2. Network security.
3. Internet security.
4. Security tools and solutions.
time: 3:00-5:00pm on Nov. 25, 2000 (Saturday)
place: Bonsor Recreation Complex
6550 Bonsor ave (close to Metretown)
speaker: Dr.Benjamin Chen,director of 9999iTech Inc.
You have to pre-register for this lecture. we will confirm your registration
