再转一个:土耳其式烤排骨

刚听说的:

把盐,白糖,红沙糖,辣椒面,黑胡椒粉和蒜粉(都是干粉)等比例混合后抹在整块的排骨两面,用保鲜膜包好,放冰箱里过夜。然后去掉保鲜膜,用锡纸包严,放烤箱里350F 烤1-2小时,拿出来打开锡纸,在排骨表面抹一层BBQ酱或沙茶酱,保持敞开,再放回烤箱 450F烤10-20分钟就可以了。切开后外面焦香,里面多汁嫩软,不错。
