所谓的‘老面’啦,找个容器(通气的)放着就行了,

千万别放到冰箱里去。下次发面时,先把老面掰成小块(放的久了会比较硬的),用温水泡开,然后用此水发面就行了。但用老面发的面较酸,面发好后,先需要用面碱中和一下,之后将揉匀的面切成小快,一个个揉成圆圆的馒头,锅开后放笼屉里蒸熟即可。
