试了, 很好吃. 1. 从冰箱里(冰冻)拿出来就可以做, 不用解冻. 这样多汁. 2. 1个小时BAKING就能熟 (要看排骨大小). 3. 那些调料要根据自己口味调. 4. 最后一步我改成BROIL了, 在排骨上涂上蒜茸, 求其蒜香. 5.容易清理. 谢谢!!
