1. make phone call directly to road testing center, basically it would be around 1.5 - 2 months later. but you could follow up it everyday by phone call to check whether there is any cancelation ooze out.

2. ask your instructor in driving school "help" you to make a earlier registration, say within oneweek or the next day, and usually you would give your instructor 30 - 50 surcharge.
