luck + communication + good personality + strength

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛I've been here for 4 months, only got two interviews besides those from agents. One was a small IT comany who find my resume on workopolis, another one was introduced by an agent who found my resume on monster. I've almost got two offers, but I lost the first one because they are too late to response me , I've already booked a trip. As to the second one which happened after the trip, I've passed three interviews and got the offer.

Due to my experience on job hunting, maybe my interviews is too few to show something. I just wanna list something.
1 luck: both of these interviews happend so suddenly that I've almost thought it is the pancake fallen from the heaven.
2 communication: though you have the strength, without good words to express it, how would others know about it?
3 personality: I might think this factor is so much important on hiring you. Show your passion, show how eager you would like to learn, show it from your experience. Show that you are a good team player. Be more positive when interviewed.
4 strength: Skills are always important. They won't hire somebody who don't know anything about the position. They would hire you based on your strength besides your personality. So focus on your aim, try to improve yourself as much as possible.

Since we could not control luck, we could control other factors. Be strong and be more ready for the job, there are a lot of things to do like communication skills, technology updated. For those who have good networking, use that. As I knew somebody got his job on networking. Anyhow, try to plan well, keep good feelings and never give up.

My husband always helps me on this, whenever I felt so depressed, he would encourage me. I knew I wouldn't keep good feelings whithout him, I knew I couldn't hold so long a time without him. I would also thank those who posted their experiences here on rolia.com, their stories encouraged me too.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
