可能个人口味不一样,假如让我来做的话,我会:

bbq (烧烤酱)
1、不用生抽、酒、味精,不勾芡,只用盐。
2、虾仁化开后用一点盐略腌(放在冰箱下层),炒的时候爽一点。
3、先炒熟虾仁,盛出,再炒西芹至将熟,放入虾仁炒匀。
