不论冻不冻,鱼的新鲜最重要。三文鱼冰冻之后再吃味道相当好,特别是办完调料后还有一些小碎冰块,感觉很好。冷冻是不是也可以杀菌?一定要加芥末酱(WASABI) (日本产)。酱油日本产的最好,中国的生抽也行。
