出师第十四菜------海米节瓜

tianfue (tomy)
原料:节瓜(又称毛瓜)小的1个,(大的半个),粉丝,虾仁,蒜茸,上汤,盐和味精。

做法:1.节瓜去皮切成细丝,另备一些粉丝,用水发好;虾仁解冻,
2.烧热油锅,将虾仁爆炒片刻,加盐,盛出备用;
3.下蒜茸爆香,下节瓜,粉丝,爆炒片刻,下虾仁,少许上汤,盐再炒一会,下味精调味。
