The Ontario Human Rights Code makes it illegal for landlords to refuse to RENT to you because of your race,sex,age,sexual orientation, martial status, colour, nationality, religion, or place of origin. They also cannot discriminate against you because you have a disability, are receiving public assistance, or have CHILDREN live with you.
