我发现LAPTOP的问题比DESKTOP大, 如果屏幕距离和角度合适了, 那键盘和鼠标位置一定是偏高, 造成肩膀紧张. 我也发现DESKTOP好一些. 练练YOGA. 我坚持的不好.
