Anybody can get it. I went to there this January, paid $5 the boss their give me a number, then I phone to Monnex and tell them that I am a student of xxx( you can say any school), then Monnex give me discount. I also asked them any different if I am a member of Chinese professioanl committe. They said all are same. All belone to group insurance.
