The question is why you people attack this idea.

I feel so sad that Chinese people are not creative not because we are not talented, instead it is because we don't have supporting environment for new ideas.

You are afraid of being called "stupid", actually that is stupid.

You are afraid of making mistakes, actually you are making mistakes.

As far as I know, lots of postions are handed to employees' referral. why? Because for hiring managers, recruiting is not all they do. Sometimes, they just want somebody who can do the job to be there the next second. It is too expensive and time consuming to go through the whole process.

If you guys are not open-minded, even not trying to open your eyes, how are you going to succeed in a highly competitive business world.

I admire coupleonline's creativity, which very few people here have.

Other than complaining, what have you done?
