我的经验(跟一个俄国人学的):特简单,做鱼子酱,非常新鲜的鱼子,+足够的盐,放在经过沸水消毒的可密封的玻璃瓶子中(瓶子要放凉)密封放在冰箱冷藏室。国际价格20多美元/100克。好吃急了。
