给TOMY及其他朋友: ROASTED GARLIC SPAGHETTI 很香

今天做了ROASTED GARLIC SPAGHETTI, 非常好吃. 你可以试试.

1. ROASTED GARLIC
需要1个小时, 所以要早点准备

几头整个大蒜 (我做了4个)

把外面的皮剥一剥, 根部不用动, 上面用刀切一个断面, 露出一点蒜. 用手把整头蒜掰一掰, 不要掰开. 将OLIVE OIL倒进整头蒜的缝隙. 多放点油好吃. 下面垫上锡纸, 把整个蒜包起来.

放进F350-400的OVEN, BAKE 一个小时左右, 用筷子插一插, 如果蒜已经"面"了, 就把锡纸打开, 改称BROIL, 大概15分钟, 有BROWN COLOR就可以了.

拿出来晾着, 然后把ROASTED GARLIC剥出来待用.

Cook the spaghetti, leaving them slightly hard in the middle. Then rinse them rapidly in cold water, and put them into a pan in which you have heated a few cloves of garlic in Olive oil. Add tomato sauce, and stir the spaghetti into this for two minutes.

把ROASTED GARLIC放进PASTA, 加些SALT OR BLACK PEPPER, OR PARSLEY(没有不加也可)

SERVE IMMEDIATELY.

TOMATO SAUCE可以买现成的.

吃剩的, 可以明天当中午饭. 冷热吃都可以.
