土豆切片,再横竖各切一刀,青椒掰块。以葱炝锅,放入土豆翻炒,加酱油和糖、盐,拌匀后,加青椒。翻炒一小会,在出国前,加入捣碎的生蒜,搅拌,在青椒略有些生脆时出锅。注意:不要盖盖儿。
