加调味用酱油做法:三分二碗(平常人家吃饭用的碗)酱油,三分一碗油,搅在一起,尽量打匀,烧红锅,倒进锅里,待到整个油面都冒泡,立即淋在鱼上,滋声过后,香味四溢。(一定要先蒸好鱼再做这个调味油,这样才及时)。
